Pope francis' Apostolic visit to Latina America successfully concluded
The Papal Apostolic Visit to the three poorest countries of Latina America concluded yesterday with the
departure to Rome from the International Airport of Asunsion in Paraguay.
The Pope during his one-week stay there brought witness of Hope to Ecuador, Bolivia and Paraguay.
All these three countries have a majority of catholic population and are fighting against the poverty.
Pope Francis with His presence wanted to share the hope of the gospel which is a profund joy even in
the poverty.
His Holiness will surely bring what he has seen and felt to the world's powerest countries in His future
visits as the one scheduled in september to U.S.A.
During these intense week Pope Francis had the oppurtunity to advice Head of State on the help to be
done to poors as well as the need of protect them.
Five sermons, thirteen speeches and two short greetings messages were delivered by Pope Francis
during His visits to Presidents, Bishops, Clergy, Youth, Families and sick people. He visited a prision too.
It was very significant to note that Ecuadorian people did not call Him Pope or His Holiness but Lord's
Messenger and Pastor of Redeemer.
They needed His visit to celebrate the Life given by God.
If the theme was "Hope" in Ecuador, in Bolivia the theme was "Cheerfulness in proclaming the gospel".
Paraguay decided for "Sharing the Peace".
His Holiness Pope Francis' next Apostolic visit will take place from 19th to 28th of September on the
occasion of His visit to Cuba and United States of America.
