His Eminence Malcolm Cardinal Ranjith visited the Sri Dalada Maligawa together with the Vatican visiting Cardinal Prefect; Robert Card. Sarah.

The Cardinals met with Most Venerable Warakagoda Sri Gnanarathana Mahanayake Thero of Asgiriya Chapter.

His Eminence Robert Cardinal Sarah is in Sri Lanka for a conference on Liturgy; He will took part at the Blessing of Sick at the Basilica of Tewatta too.

Very Rev. Msgr. Neville Joe Perera, Very Rev. Fr. Jude Samantha Fernando, the secretary to the Archbishop of Colombo and Very Rev. Fr. Placidus Silva, the Chancellor/Archivist of Archdiocese of Colombo accompanied the two Cardinals.
